Rotric Constructions was engaged by Queensland Investment Corporation to manage the design and fitout of their new corporate premises at L34, 52 Martin Place in line with stringent guidelines in order to raise the environmental performance of its assets.
52 Martin Place, an A Grade Office Building located in the heart of the CBD in Sydney, achieved a 5 star energy rating on completion of works inclusive of our design and fitout.
QIC was an excellent partner to work alongside, having the same ongoing commitment to the environment. This combined with our focus on sustainability, saw us ensuring the design and build achieved all the building system’s NABERS energy target ratings. A significant impact was also made through selection of sustainable materials, insulation, double glazing, finishes and energy efficient fixtures and fittings.
